The best way to improve health is to exercise daily. To what extent do you agree? “Health” has never failed to be the hot topic in every corner of the world. All of us are conscious of our well-being and how important it stands. Exercise plays a major role in our fitness level but that can’t be the ultimate process to keep us healthy. The advancement of technology has been very beneficial to us but it came with its consequences. Whether it be shopping online or ordering food from a restaurant, pressing a button can be the solution to this. This led us to be less active and more to the lazy side. The reduction of physical activities has undoubtedly made us unhealthy. The only alternate option is that can be seen is to exercise daily. A person needs to burn a certain amount of calories a day in order to be fit. Going to the gym is not the only way to keep us fit; there are lots of fun activities that manage to make us fit. An example would be playing football or tennis which can help to burn down the required calories. Thus, exercising daily is vital to maintain a good health. On the contrary, sure, exercising is vital towards being healthy but without the right diet, exercising can be equivalent to doing nothing. As they say, 70% of your body is what you eat and the next 30% is your exercise. This shows how important it is to be sure to eat the right food in right amount. Eating excessively oily food helps with conoroy heart disease. Eating a balanced diet does not only help our organs to be healthy but it also helps to maintain our weights. In conclusion, exercising everyday and indulging healthy food is the key to stay fit and healthy. With the help of each other, these two can definitely make an impact in our body. A healthy life can make us happy, so it’s important to look over our health.

The best way to improve health is to exercise daily. To what extent do you agree? (With this title, you are contradicting, or going against,  your statement below saying that exercise is only 30% in getting fit and the other 70% is eating right. I would suggest changing this title to match that statement. For example; Daily exercise and healthy eating are the key to improving health.
