I have to fill it in the below one of the characters above.

스스로 앞으로 나가지 않고 시키는 일만 해요. (i dont know 나가다 here means? and the whole sentence.
>Literal meaning of 나가다 is "step forward", but here it has meaning of "progress" or "actively do something". So the whole sentence means "Don't activley find or do something. Just do as one is told."
