Tengo un perro blanco. Él se llama Sparky y el tiene un  año de edad. El ama dormir, jugar y comer. Él es un perro muy tierno. Mi hermano el mas  joven lo ama y claro Lo amo también yo.

What I want to say in English:

I have a white dog. His name is Sparky and he is 1 year old. He loves sleeping, playing and eating. He is a sweet dog. My younger brother loves him and of course I love him too.

Tengo un perro blanco. Él llamo es Su nombre es (you can also say "Se llama Sparky") Sparky y él es tiene un año de edad (in Spanish we don´t use the verb "to be" in order to say the age, we use a verb like "to have" that would be literally in English "He has one year or he has got one year"). Él amor ama (Yo amo, tú amas, él/ella ama, nosotros/nosotras amamos, vosotros/vosotras amáis, ellos aman) dormir, jugar y comer. Él es un dulce perro (it´s better if you say "Es un perro dulce" or "Es un perro muy dulce"). Mi mas joven hermano Mi hermano pequeño ama él "lo ama". y claro (por supuesto), yo lo amo también (in spanish we don´t always need a subject, but in this sentence you were talking about your brother first, so now you have to say that now you also love him).
