A couple of points/questions to get you thinking about the validity of your statements:
You seem to be suggesting that economic development is the solution to the world's environmental problems, rather than the cause. Some people would argue that the opposite is true.
Many natural resources are not replaceable - how can that be considered 'sustainable'? How will that leave the world a better place for future generations?

Sustainable Development
Sustainable development refers to economic<strike>s</strike>, social, and environmental protection, coordinated development<strike>s</strike> of resources, which is an inseparable system. It is necessary not only to achieve the economic development goal, but also to protect the <strike>atmosphere</strike> necessities of human survival; fresh water and other natural resources, and the environment in general. Only after having <strike>done like</strike> achieved this, can our offspring live and work in a peaceful, stable and sustaintable environment.
Two main characteristics are fundamental to achieving this----development and constancy. The former is the premise, and the latter is the key. (There is no need to discuss constancy and the same on verse.<em> Sorry, I do not know what you are trying say here)
</em> Economic growth is the basis of development, and it aims to achieve the goal of man’s benefits and overall social progress. <strike>On the other hand</strike>, However, natural resources are limited. The combination of a lack of sustainable and economy results in a limited economic development. (?) (consists of the limitation of economic development.) We should take into account the best interests of future generations, rather than our own.
Development and constancy exist side by side and play equal roles in forming the structure of sustainable development. This gives consideration to both short-term and long-term goals and interests, and overall harmonious development of economy, society, resources and environment. It relates to every aspect of human society and would need (or result in?) a complete societal reform.
Environmental protection cannot continue without economic development due to the expense involved. Yet it equates to committing suicide if men are only concerned with economic development rather than protection of the environment. Our plundering of nature today will lead to the draining of resources, serious environmental deterioration and eventually the disappearance of man, let alone the economic development.
