Studing phrasal verbs

I´ll aprecciate if someone correct these sentences for me :D
Today I wanna formulate some phrases trying to use some phrasal verbs that I learned:

- In this bad economic situation, is easy to run into someone looking into a new job after be fired.

- In this bad economic situation, it is easy to run into someone looking for a new job after being fired.

Como eu diria:  In this economy, it is easy to find people looking for a new job after being let go.

- I check my e-mail box  - I check my inbox.  I check my email.

to pull up the summary of the last class that I lost. - (I don't understand this part)

- It's very difficult to keep up/catch up with my friends when we running together.

- It's very difficult to keep up with my friends when we run together.

- It's very difficult to keep catch up with my friends when we run together.

"We run together" means you run together on a regular basis.  (every day, once a week).  "We run together" tem sentido que vocês correm juntos regularmente.  (todos os dias, uma vez por semana)

- My mom brought me up by herself.

- Looks good as is.  (Parece que está bem assim mesmo.)

- It is hard to come by tickets for this presentation.

- It is hard to find tickets for this presentation.

- It is hard to get tickets for this (event)

(come by is OK.  You can also say find or get)

Thank you guys!!

Studying phrasal verbs

I´d appreciate if someone could correct these sentences for me :D
Today I wanna formulate some phrases by using some phrasal verbs that I've learned:

- In this current economic climate, it's easy to run into someone who's looking for a new job after being fired.
- (not exactly sure what you mean in this one!) - I check my e-mail box to pull up the summary of the last class that I lost.

- It's very difficult to keep up with my friends when we're running together. *Catch up means someone is ahead of you but you close the distance completely
- My mom brought me up by herself.
- It is hard to come by tickets for this presentation.

Thank you guys!!

Hope that helps!
