How to ask question in English? There is a comment problem which always make me confused. In daily life, for the normal question I know how to express, such as how's your day? / what did you eat for lunch? / Have you went to the supermarket? etc. But there are also many different situation I want to ask to others? When I went to the garden, I want to ask my friend, how old for this tree? or how many years this tree? (这棵树有多少年了？或者这棵树的树龄是多少？) Or when I passed a construction site, I want to know what is the construction site will be use for/ what is the construction site will be used in future.?...Uhhh. I really don't know how to consist the words into a sentence... I am seeking someone to help me :(
