I often talk to foreigners via Skype to improve speaking skill. Some of them are not native speaker in English. But they are really good at speaking English. So, I've been wondering why Japanese can't speak English well. Of course, I've tried to learn languages in many aspects. For example, I was trying to learn English with English-English dictionary. But I don't know whether it is best way. So, I'd like to try to find the way to learn languages and contribute to language learners in the world.
