I ate Tonkotsu Ramen of Ippudo, (<--If this is a brand name, it should be capitalized.) which is very famous ramen restaurant after doing walk-in sales.
The taste was incredibly delicious, but it was also a high-carbo food.
I have to do exercise so harder today for fat-burning.

I love ramen too, Yuji. I don't know if you'd consider it ramen, but my favorite is Lanzhou Lamian (兰州拉面) with sliced beef in a savory soup.
