私は家で働いています。まだ食べませんでした。
突然 、雨が降ります！雨が降っているときに外に出たきたいよ。ただ、ハングリー! (Hmm... I cannot remember how to say "hungry" T_T)
雨を止めてください。T_T

まだご飯を食べていません。（てフォーム Progressing , and Negative)
（まだごはんをたべていません）
雨が降っているので、外に出れません：Because it is raining, I cannot go out
（あめがふっているので、そとにでれません）
お腹が空いています: I am Hungry ( Progress )
（おなかがすいています）
雨が止んだら、ご飯を食べに行きたいです。（When it stops raining, I want to go out for meal)
（あめがやんだら、ごはんをたべにいきたいです。）
誰か雨を止めてください（Please someone stop the rain!)
（だれかあめをとめてください）
Hello Jang, I understood what you wanted to say! Your Japanese is very easy to understand :)
It would sounds more natural if you could use more TE form(てフォーム） to express Present situation !
