i am learning English now. i recite different words and repeat those words of i learned ago everyday. but i still forget some words sometimes. maybe i should communicate with other person , and i will remember those words . i don't know how to find partners on network. if you know , please tell me , thank you very much.

To contact English speakers. There are many smart phone programs, such as Hinative, Tandem, Hellotalk. Even if I installed those app on my android phone. It was still difficult to get native partners. Demand over supply. I advice you go search non-native partners. Then you can practice with. most European and Mexican are good at English. Good Luck. As my experience. For a low level one and beginner. Communication is not good tool to improve language because you still can't understand what you don't understand. better on learning by your own. listening to podcast, reading articles, watching TV series with subtitle. Just my twenty cents.
