How do you think people’s eating habits have changed over the years? It is quite difficult to answer the question because I haven’t thought about that but I will try to answer it. Let me begin by saying that most people live on the world have been more concentrating on healthy foods as much as they are interested in their well-being. In other words, slow-food that has been prepared with care, using high quality local and seasonal ingredients, people few years ago used to have lunch in fast-food restaurants or some of sandwich when their busy lunch time. It was not important what they ate because they were unawareness of the effect of junk food as well as fast food is good enough to quick, cheap and easy to buy in order to save their time and money. However, people are becoming more and more interested in their wellbeing also the trend of foods in worldwide is beginning to shift from easy-to-eat foods to slow-foods. Even fast food companies are starting to change their promotion, which try to be closely associated with slow-food and healthy food in recent years. For example, Lotteria, some of the biggest Korean fast food company in South Korea, strongly insists that they provide slow-food hamburger meals consist of fresh organic vegetables and high quality local beef for the customer. For these reasons, I would assume that the tendency of food is still moving to wellbeing and keep developing the quality of food by the people on earth.
