Please check my note. Here I introduce you an impressionist oil painting named The Spectrum of Happiness. Under the aurora sky, there is a street on two sides of which lights are shining like burning fires in the rainy night. In front of an apartment on the left side, a man wearing a white scarf is silently waiting for his lover. Fortunately, his waiting is supposed to end in minutes. Not far away, a girl is walking towards him on the ground colored by shadow reflections of the sky and lights. Please check my grammar. Without the following picture, could you imagine this scene from my description? I would appreciate it if you could polish my writing to make it more native. Thank you.

Here I introduce you to an impressionist oil painting named "The Spectrum of Happiness". Under the aurora sky, there is a street on two both sides of which the streetlights are shine like vibrant flames burning fires in the rainy night. The lights reflect off the rain that has fallen, painting the ground with an image of the sky. In front of an apartment, on the left side, a man wearing a white scarf is silently waitsing for his lover. Fortunately, his waiting is supposed to end in minutes. Not far away, a girl is walking towards him on the ground- colored by shadow reflections of the sky and lights.

Please check my grammar. Without the following picture, could you imagine this scene from my description? I would appreciate it if you could polish my writing to make it more native. Thank you.

Because the colouring of the ground seems, to me, to define the painting, I chose to add another sentence describing it. This was very well written indeed. You did a great job at painting a picture in the reader's mind! ^^
