Sooner or later, sooner than later
I have no idea about sooner than later and sooner or later
I guess I understand sooner or later means soon but i am not sure
Does anyone give me some examples?

"sooner or later" = maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next year, eventually
Example:
Sooner or later, I will be fluent in English. ( I will be fluent in English eventually. It could be any time. It could happen soon, or it could be later. It could even happen much, much later than I wanted. But eventually it will happen.)
"sooner than later" = really soon; really fast
Example:
Sooner than later, I need to be fluent in English. (I need to be fluent in English really fast. I can't wait.)
I hope this helps.

It really depends on the context. They both can have different meanings.
Sooner or later: it was going to happen eventually
"He was going to get fired from his job sooner or later".
Sooner rather than later/sooner than later: as soon as possible
It is a little more informal. And I don't really hear people use this as much.
"Let's go to the mall sooner than later". Which just means "let's go to the mall as soon as possible".
