What designation is more popular in your country? A kindergarten or nursery school. I mean The UK, US and others where English is spoken.

Well, here in the US, they are separate things.
Kindergarten is for age 5 (approximately)
Nursery school (sometimes called preschool), is for younger than that.

I’m the UK, we don’t say Kindergarten. That’s a US term.
