I am writing to officially notify you that I am resigning from the position as an editor for the magazine Designs&Fashions.
As a young people, my dream is to become a financial analyst,and the current job just isn’t in accordance with my strength and interest.I want to find a job that better matches my educational background. As per terms of my employment contract ,I will continue to work 2 weeks for the company, completing it on February 3th .I will do my utmost to insist in the hand-over process.
I would like you to accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by my leaving. Hope you and the company all the best.

Well done. The question says to add the name Li Ming at the end, so I assume it is necessary.
The period after you have resigned is your notice period. You could say 'According to the terms of my contract I will work two weeks notice if required'. Sometimes employers ask employees to leave immediately.
