This day, i went to running 10 km in one hour, i feel a little sore, specially my legs. But, its okay, i need to improve my skills in running. Because my couch wait for best results of myself. In the last Weeks te results wasn't very well.... and i felt bad for this, because the 10 km i was in one hour with 2 o 3 minutes... but in this period i felt stress for the rea reason the i have a lot of homework... big now i feel really fantastic!
