Why New HSK? The New HSK 3.0 classifies student's Chinese proficiency more precisely because it includes has 3 stages and 9 levels. It uses 4 basic mandarin language elements (characters, grammar, syllabus, and vocabulary) as well as verbal communication abilities and situational workout to form its evolution dimensions that determine student’s Chinese proficiency perfectly.
