Stay fit and healthy is a mix of good habits and discipline, including physical exercise, sleep, good diet, among others. So, how to stay fit without going to a gym? well, in my opinion, we could develop a set of good habits. For example, we could go outside and run or walk for some minutes, buy a stationary bike or an elliptical machine, not staying up late, and eating healthy.
