B: what kind of food ?
A: any kind will do . A sandwhich or some bread and coffee or tea. as long as it keeps me going until my roommates come back from the supermarket.
A: I made soup. What do you say?
B: I cant say no .
A: Go bring me your bowl. I will serve some to you.

A : Do you have any food ? I am quite hungry . (Do you have anything to eat? I'm starving. )
B: What kind of food ?
A: Anything will do. A sandwich or just some bread. (not sure what tea/coffee have got to do with food unless you add a lot of sugar) as long as it keeps me going until my roommates come back from the supermarket.
A: I just made soup. Do you want some?
B: I wouldn't say no .
A: OK, get a bowl and you can have some.
