All three questions are correct but differ slightly in meaning:
1. “Do you play sports?” – General question about participation.
2. “Do you often play sports?” – Focuses on frequency.
3. “Do you usually play sports?” – Focuses on habit or routine.
Answering differences:
• “No, I don’t.” (if they never play)
• “Not often, maybe once a month.” (for ②)
• “Not usually, only in summer.” (for ③)
Tip: In British English, “Do you play any sports?” sounds more natural.
