Iru (fermented locust beans), ugba/ukpaka (fermented oil bean seeds), ogi/akamu (fermented maize), etc.

Personally I eat pickles, yogurt, sauerkraut, and also fermented foods from other countries such as miso, tempeh, and kimchi!
