I believe officials must provide a better education in poor areas,mostly in slums. In my country,traffickers approach young people offering several opportunities to change their current situation. For this reason, the organized crime is so much more appealing to them because they have more chances to earn money. They don't wanna do anything else for life,except selling drungs. The scenario would be different if the education were taken seriously considering the fact those who are attached directly with crimes would have other activites to dedicate through education.
