I believe that the current environmental problems are solvable if we all come together to help the world. The government needs to implement measures which are executed differently from the current ones to combat the gases polluting the environment, considering their significant impact towards the planet's pollution.

Just a suggestion: It is best to use second conditional for hypothetical ideas.
In my opinion, in the final sentence, the word order did not sound natural so I moved it around.
