If you asked me, I would recommend you import (speciality) tea from China. China is the largest tea producer and exporter in the world, and I have heard that it is especially popular in Europe. It can be purchased and imported at very cheap rate and can be sold at any price that fits the market. If you import and resell it, I believe you will make a decent profit. There are many tea factories with self-owned tea plants in many provinces such as Anhui and Hunan (and Fujian! I have visited one) and they also welcome people to visit to inspect their products.
