Hello everybody!
I need an advice. I would like to practice conversational English with native speakers, but when I start speaking, all the words in my head are confused and I forget about the grammar rules. May be I am not prepared enough yet.🤔

That is very normal. It is important that you take a more relaxed approach to your conversation classes and consider "perfection" to be an end goal and not a starting point. Start off by communicating only to be understood and then gradually fixing common grammatical errors in your speaking as time goes on.

Yep me too. Luckily the people I talk to are so patient. I know what I want to say in my head and it sounds fine there, but I go to speak and mix things up. It's gotten better the more I force myself to speak.
A trick I learned (and it works!) Is to talk to yourself in the language. About anything. It's helped me get used to hearing my own voice making sounds that are difficult. I also try to teach words to my 4 year old daughter- explaining to her what I'm trying to say helps me, too. And she's not going to laugh at me if my accent is terrible 🤣

Practice makes perfect! Remember that mistakes are a good learning opportunity. Don't be so hard on yourself and try to enjoy the process :D

It happened to me when I started to speak with anyone
My experience is after started to talk several times I got more confidence and recalled words quickly.
Just be patient and try a lot even if you have a lot of mistakes

Just speak anyway! Find someone to speak with who is patient.
Making mistakes is an important part of learning.
The important thing is to find the right person with whom to practice, someone who will make you feel at ease!
