This is an interesting topic is worth talking. We always get tired and feel dizzy after working hard for a day. The signal from our bodies is often misunderstanded something wrong with our brain. So, we intentionally look for some ways to get our brain stronger and better. The first thing sually comes into our mind is food. Among a variety of food, the brain-shaped food is our priority . Fortunately, there is one kind of snacks really look like our brains. You might have gueesed what I said. It's walnuts. When we crack open their tough shells, the nuts inside often gives us an impression that we just open one's head. No matter, how scary a walnut lookslike, it's really tasty. THeir is a beverage brand called Six Walnuts. It means that if we eat six walnuts every day, our brain will be very healthy. Maybe eating walnuts gives us a hint that it can help us strengthen our brain. Each time, after finishing some of them, I really feel relaxed and powerful.
