It was not a live or die type of bravery, to be honest, but I hope it has its message. About a year ago I was waiting at the dentist. My appointment was set an hour earlier and it did not seem to me like it would be taken on time. There was also a family that was waiting in the waiting room with me as well as three other people. Then the nurse came out of the office and asked the woman to come in. The father of that family started to shout at the nurse, that their appointment was half an hour earlier and how it was possible not to call them in. The nurse apologised to him for the complication and he started to shout again, about how incapacitated they were. After he shouted for about five minutes I then shouted at him, that if he had continued with the shouting, no one would have been providing the care. He shouted back, that I am childless, so I should stay quiet. The poor nurse closed the door as soon as he turned his head to me. Do not stay quiet, if anyone behaves badly, even if he is a big man and you are a "five-inch girl". Staying quiet means accepting such behaviour!
