1) "Hovering silence from you is a giveaway" - Your silence tells me what you're thinking. - there is a saying in English; "Your silence speaks volumes."
2) "I am a lazy get" = "get" just one "t" - "get" is similar to "git" - hard to translate, maybe something similar to "durak"
3) A central location for you is a must as you stagger about - "must" in this line means "necessity"
