What does this sentence mean? "She had an erectness of carriage, an ease of bearing, a poise that clearly indicated the best of breading." It has no context and I have to translate it into Chinese. But I am quite confused with it. Maybe someone can tell me its meaning in simple language. Thank U all.

"She had an erectness of carriage" - she stood correctly, with a straight back "an ease of bearing" - she walked effortlessly and gracefully "a poise that clearly indicated the best of breeding" - the way she carried herself indicated that she had a good upbringing.

Maybe it will help to understand it better this way: Think about a young girl who is of royalty. She would be trained or instructed to walk and sit properly (erectness of carriage, an ease of bearing). She would be trained to have good manners and to be polite to those around her (a poise that clearly indicated or proved that she was from a family of importance or the best of breeding). How we walk and talk shows a lot of how we are brought up from childhood. Hope this helps.
