"No tengo un nombre hispano" would be correct. But right from the beggining the sentence doesn't make sense, it should be "I don't have an hispanic name" or as "Leandroadolfo" said, it could be "My name has no hispanic equivalent".
When you say "spanish" you are invariably talking about Spain (the country), and in order to avoid confusion we use "hispanic" when refering to the language, not the country. That's why say "hispanic countries" and not "spanish countries".

- No tengo un nombre español, es normal, because you're from China.
- No tengo un nombre en español, maybe you want to have a spanish name, because you're learning spanish.

"No tengo un nombre español", but perhaps you want to say "Mi nombre no tiene (un nombre) equivalente en español".
