What does it mean?
Listening to a song I've heard this strange sentence:
"pissing the night away".
If I try to literaly translate it in italian, it would come out a very rude phrase ("pisciando via la notte") but without a well defined meaning.
Don't know if it's used in urban slangs or something.

1) wasting time with negative actions

I think you have it basically.
to piss away....to waste little by little; to spend wastefully
