Thats misspelled word you should write "Encantado" instead of encatado and you also missed the ending "-te" to mean "you", so the right way to use that expression is "Encantado de conocerte" and a common answer to that question is "Igualmente" that means "Same to you" but you could also use "Mucho gusto" that means more or less the same. Cuando a ti te presentan una persona, generalmente decimos: "Mucho gusto, encantada de conocerte" la otra persona puede contestar: "el gusto es mío, me encanta conocerte"

Por último, conviene decir que, "mucho gusto" suele utilizarse quizá en un ambiente más formal que el "encantado de conocerte". Por ejemplo, en una reunión de trabajo, si me presentan a alguien yo diría "mucho gusto" o "un placer", pero si un amigo mío me presenta a otro amigo suyo, yo usaría "encantado de conocerte".
