is it possible to use plural form for "time frame"? (time frames)
when I want to say that something can be done during shorter period of time, may I use expression "time frame decrease (noun)"?
when there is enough time, is it "large/big/wide time frame"?

"Time frames" would be fine.
"Large/big/wide time frame" is also fine.
Something can be done "within a shorter/decreased time frame"
And you could say, for example, "The time frame decrease places additional pressure on our production facilities (or whatever)."  Stylistically, I'd prefer: "The decreased/shortened time frame..."
