Are these sentences are correct? Please inform me which sentences are correct. Is it not saving time? or Isn't it saving time? The title should be " Are these sentences correct?"

Either form of the sentences are correct, contractions are used more in speech. (Note, the correct contraction of "does it" would be "doesn't")
