1). Question formation.
Dear Friends, I need you help.
I have an exercise to order the words to make questions, and I'm a little bit confused:
1. you messages send ever text Do
Question: Do you ever send text messages? (If this order right than what tense it is? Present simple, but why there is "ever"? I think it's better to say: Have you ever sent text messages?
2. party was a time you to the When last went
Question: When was last time you went to a party? Sentence in the past simple, so why we use "went" instead of "go" in the second part: When was last time you go to the party?
3. if Could bank here a you me near tell is there
Question: Could you tell me if there a bank is nearhere. Is it cirrect?
I know that in indirect questions the order is subject+verb, so am I right that "bank" is a subject and "is" is a verb?
4. shopping do going Who like you with
Question: Who do you like going shopping with? Is it ok? Am I right that we use "going" (verb+ing) because it goes after "like"? And "shopping" is it a noun or a verd here?
Thank you in advance.
P.s. Exercise from Oxford Student's book.

1. Ever means " at anytime" ( habitual in sense ). So, we can use it in questions in the present tense
2. The question is in the simple past. Before I used to say it with " go" but was corrected by my professor. I should use " went ".
3. " if "is part of a noun clause and so it is right to say " if there is a bank near here"
4. " going shopping" are both gerunds that function as the direct object of " like". Please take note that gerund functions as a noun.
