It depends. Je suis fatigué(e). means that you are tiredd in that you need to rest or just not do anything. J'ai sommeil means that you're sleepy and want to go to bed.

Je suis épuisée/ je suis crevée/ je suis fatiguée. Tout dépend du contexte. Mais en général ils ont le même sens :i am tired.
