"거긴 후배 안혼내요 ㅠ?" Can anyone translate this?

" 거긴 후배 안혼내요?" 거긴 is actually 거기는 후배 means your junior, or kohai (i'm not sure in japanese) 혼내다 means to scold so it means "don't you scold your juniors there?"
