Can education be countable? for example a poor education..? Can I say ,,People have a poor education?and in this way make education countable?Can education be countable? When? Can you give me some examples? How does the maning change then? Thanks in advance for your help

Yes , we can refer to it the same way we do with countable and uncountable nouns. Although it can be countable and uncountable, it is not fully countable. He had an education. He had very little education. He had a lot of education. He didn't have much education.

I do not see that education can be countable and plural at the same time. Yet you can have types of educations or educational systems that cam be plural and countable. It is the types and systems that are plural though.

The noun "education" is not countable. If a noun is countable, you would put an "s" at the end to make it plural. We don't talk like that about education. No matter how much education a person has, we don't make the word plural, except in the following manner: He has earned many degrees in his educational pursuits. He has been enrolled in several major fields of studies during his years of college education. All these graduates represent a lot of education! Those poor children have no education, however, their uncle and aunt both achieved high degrees of education.

Ok how about poor education san i say People have a poor education or just poor education? What is the diference in meaning between He had an education. He didn't have much education.
