I'm always referring to law subject, these are two 法律行为 in 离婚协议效力探析. How can I translate 形成行为 and 附随行为 and what about the meaning?

Divorce agreement is a compound agreement, including "形成行为", such as dissolution of marriage,  and "附随行为", like division of property & child raising.
So may we take it as this: 
形成行为=dissolution of marriage;
附随行为=division of property + issue of child raising;
