It's a very dirty thing, its not polite to say this, usually very unpolite guys say this in b-day of their dudes like a change os similar sounds of the end of brazillian b-day song. The translation means dirty words to talk about the masculin sexual organ lol. Don't say that in Brazil. The person that say this to you its not cool.
