Which question is correct
What does she look like? or How does she look like?
If both are correct what is the difference between them?

"What does she look like?" = tell me what she is similar to, in appearance.
"How does she look?" = give me your opinion of her appearance (ie. no comparison; you don't use "like" here). In fact, you're asking for a value judgement (good, bad, nice, super etc) instead of specific physical details.

How does she look? This asks the listener to describe the appearance of her. Not -how does she look like?
What does she look like? Asks the listener to give an example of what she looks like.

can i use without "look" for example: she is look like her. or she is like her
