what does "stellino"mean? stella??
In Italian we usually don't say to kids: "Son", we usually use some kind expression, such as: piccino, bel bambino, piccolino mio, stellino etc.

yes , it means "little star" . Si , significa piccola stella rivolto a un maschietto.Ma io l'ho sentito raramente...di solito sento dire "stelliina" (to both male and female)
