"此" and "这" have the same meaning.——"this" for example 此时=这时（now) But in usuall "此" is more formal than “这” and in sometimes we use “此" instead of "这" for example we can say"到此一游"(have visited this place) but usually we don't say "到这一游" sometimes we use "这" instead of "此" for example wen can say "这里"(there) no "此里"
