They make perfect sense, but I'd sooner use:
Get up and go ("rise up and walk" sounds a little impersonal or poetic, especially for an imperative).
Wake your mind up (this has more "punch").
Life is reality (I noticed you had two nouns in the original, but you changed one to an adjective in translation).
