For reference (in case you do not know these English words), A hypercondriac is a person who thinks they are always sick. A hypocondriac is a person is who is in fear of getting sick.

Note: 忧郁症患者或者抑郁症患者应该是a patient with depressive symptoms.
抑郁与臆病不是一回事，虽然一个臆病者有可能同时也是一个抑郁症患者

I guess you want to say "hypochondriac"(Hypocondriac can not be found in dictionary): 忧郁症患者
hypercondriac : I can not found this word in my dictionary, so I guess it is : 疑病症患者
