This means we will be in contact with you = we will keep communicating = we will never stop talking to you Dictionary meaning : to have regular communication with someone by telephone, letter etc. (usually + with ) e.g. Are you still in touch with your friend ?

it means we will have a relation.we will be in contact with each other.we communicate.
