Dears, could you please let me know which sentence is correct: I will keep you posted of the progress or I will keep you posted on the progress. On the Internet both versions work. Thank you very much in advance.

I disagree with ustaz abdul.
"I will keep you posted on the progress" is much better.

I will keep you POSTED ON the progress.
I will keep you INFORMED OF the progress.
These are the collocations you simply have to learn.
