Sometimes I drink coffee.
전 커피를 싫어해요. 하지만 가끔/가끔씩/가끔은/가끔씩은 커피를 마셔요.
I hate coffee, but sometimes I drink coffee.
If there is a contrast, we can use "은".
I think, "은" emphasize a contrast.
