A  strong foundation can be built   by  learning some songs in English, combined with Nursery Rhymes, and afterward,  progress to reading Children's Stories.

The best way to learn English is to practice every day.  Find ways to take lessons with teachers on italki, and also have a language partner.  Watch English television shows every day.  And watch English movies as well.
