Do お and う sound like 오 and 우? Does お sound more like 오 or 어? Does う sound more like 우 or 으? Thanks =)

Please take a look following youtube. Japanese お sound like 오. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plPXoIydHs8 Japanese う sound like 우. We have not 으 sound in Japanese. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BazgFcmC9hM
